Already at the beginning, our thinking was visionary, innovative and forward-looking, as confirmed by current construction trends. Today, the consumption of most houses is below 15 kWh/m2, while ventilation systems have become part of the standard equipment of each house and the houses are also extremely architecturally elaborate.
NO ELECTRICITY COSTS
Lumar houses meet the energy efficiency requirements of virtually zero-energy buildings, and with the additional installation of a solar power plant, their owners will not only fulfil the requirements for renewable energy sources, but also eliminate electricity costs. "By upgrading a house with a small solar power plant, the house becomes self-sufficient or energy-plus, as it covers all the demands for electricity (heating, sanitary water, lighting ...). Therefore, from the first day of your stay in the house, you will not have any electricity costs," explains Marko Lukić, the director of the company.
By incorporating an electric car, we offer an upgrade to a sustainable concept of electrical mobility and living. This is presented with our concept of ZERO-EMISSION LIVING, which represents a sensible upgrade of all the activities of the company in the last quarter of the century. We do not understand residing in a narrow sense, as something that is connected only with the house. We also sensibly incorporate all other factors that affect us and our environment in the concept, from sustainable mobility, food self-sufficiency, management of waste and other resources, etc.
