By completing the form to subscribe to CER's newsletter on current events, trends and news, the user agrees to the provision of data that is considered personal data under the law. By completing the event registration form, the user also agrees to receive the CER e-newsletter and the above stated information about data sharing. When signing up, the user has the option to consent to the use of personal data for the following purposes:

PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING RIGHTS

I/we also acknowledge that the controller may request additional data from the user of the cer-slo.si services for the purposes of reliable identification in the event of exercising the rights relating to personal data, and that the controller may refuse to act only if it proves that it cannot reliably identify me/us.
I/we also acknowledge that the controller must respond to a request to exercise my/our rights in relation to the personal data referred to above without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request. |
